How was MOST born?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”justi” css=”.vc_custom_1721143765995{background-color: #ffffff !important;}”]Personally, I have never met a person whose life hasn’t been changed positively by mastering the art of tea making. And I’m no exception either!

Unfortunately, many people confuse the act of drinking tea with tea ceremony, which are apples and oranges. It’s as if you compared watching a documentary about a flashy, exotic holiday and actually going there and experiencing it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_raw_html el_class=”emblema”]JTNDaW1nJTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZtb3N0LXRlYS5odSUyRndwLWNvbnRlbnQlMkZ1cGxvYWRzJTJGMjAyMiUyRjExJTJGbW9zdC1lbWJsZW1hLnN2ZyUyMiUyMHN0eWxlJTNEJTIyd2lkdGglM0E1MHB4JTNCJTIwaGVpZ2h0JTNBYXV0byUzQiUyMiUzRQ==[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1671609462484{padding-top: 5% !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: contain !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text el_class=”m0 justi”]This whole story began with one simple question a friend of mine posed me.

“What does tea mean to you?”

To this day, I am grateful for this question.

What’s fascinating is that by that time I had already engaged extensively with teas, regularly attended workshops, tea tastings, both at home and abroad, yet, at that moment it struck me that I had never truly delved into its depths.

Following my epiphany, I began observing my tea-drinking habits, and it soon became clear to me that for me, tea is a BRIDGE that connects me to the present and allows me to emerge from a whirlwind of thoughts. Proper tea drinking requires not only your bodily presence, but your spiritual presence as well.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1671609481090{padding-top: 4% !important;padding-bottom: 4% !important;}”][vc_column el_class=”sombra-1″ css=”.vc_custom_1671119906438{padding: 4% !important;}”][vc_column_text el_class=”m0 justi”]

To find harmony, you must step out of your hurried everyday life and make the MOST of the moment, so that – following the ritual of millennia – you can immerse yourself in the now, which you can do by preparing, pouring, and sipping tea, and tasting the pleasantly lingering aftertaste of it.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1671609473942{padding-bottom: 5% !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: contain !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text el_class=”justi”]Many people find themselves regularly dwelling in the past or the future, getting caught up in old memories or making plans for the future, and, in the process, not making the MOST of the moment. The art of tea is an ancient technique that helps one return, time and again, to the moment they’re in and allow them to make the MOST of it.

Why should we make the most of the moment?

The only time when we can truly feel fulfilled and experience something meaningful is the present moment. The only way we can make the most of this moment is by fully returning to the present.

Making the MOST of the moment you’re living, or practicing mindful presence is, in my opinion, more than just an ancient meditation technique; it also represents a way of thinking, a life philosophy, and a fundamental value-based choice that profoundly affects the quality of our lives.

What do I mean by this?

How often do we find ourselves questioning whether we locked the door, turned off the lights, or blew out all the candles, as if we weren’t there when we did it? Or how many people complain that life has passed them by without truly experiencing it? There is no doubt we are physically present in all these life situations, but are we present mentally as well?

We repeatedly go about our day without even the slightest spark of awareness and attention. We open and close doors, get into cars, say goodbye to our loved ones, and go about our everyday lives. Meanwhile, we are already thinking about the next moment or task ahead. We miss out on life’s boundless treasures because we are not genuinely present in the moment and not making the MOST of it. And as a result, we miss out on what life has to offer, on what that moment could have truly given us.

For me, the ritual of tea drinking is what brings my endless train of thoughts to a stop and helps me arrive in the present, making me conscious about bringing out the MOST of the moment I find myself in. I believe that the pathway to a more peaceful and harmonious existence is to slow down, arrive, and understand what is happening in us.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”top” css=”.vc_custom_1671124023296{padding: 4% !important;background-color: #ba3818 !important;}”][vc_column css=”.vc_custom_1671123980120{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}”][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1671123574010{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_inner offset=”vc_col-md-6″][vc_raw_html css=”.vc_custom_1671123477166{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]JTNDdmlkZW8lMjBwb3N0ZXIlM0QlMjIlMjIlMjBjb250cm9scyUzRCUyMmNvbnRyb2xzJTIyJTIwd2lkdGglM0QlMjIxMDAlMjUlMjIlMjBoZWlnaHQlM0QlMjJhdXRvJTIyJTIwYXV0b3BsYXklMjBsb29wJTIwbXV0ZWRwbGF5c2lubGluZSUyMHN0eWxlJTNEJTIycG9pbnRlci1ldmVudHMlM0ElMjBub25lJTNCJTIyJTNFJTNDc291cmNlJTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZtb3N0LXRlYS5odSUyRndwLWNvbnRlbnQlMkZ1cGxvYWRzJTJGMjAyMiUyRjEyJTJGa2luYWktdGVhLm1wNCUyMiUyMHR5cGUlM0QlMjJ2aWRlbyUyRm1wNCUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRnZpZGVvJTNF[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner offset=”vc_col-md-6″ css=”.vc_custom_1671123967967{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-right: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;padding-left: 30px !important;}”][vc_column_text el_class=”justi”]
