Preheat 150 ml of water and add in 3 \u2013 4 grams of tea. When the mixture is nearing the boiling point – around 95 \u00b0C – and you can hear the water rumble, turn the kettle off. Add the hot, but not boiling water to the mixture and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. The finished tea will taste sweet and fragrant. It’s okay to steep it for a longer time as well.
