It is a well-known tea factory with a long history of manufacturing the highest quality teas. They have earned several honours for their top- notch aged teas. Each year, the tea factory picks several distinct, large-leaf Yunnan Bohai tea estates for harvesting and fermenting. The tea leaves are carefully chosen and sorted before being stored as inventory for subsequent processing. The aged Lang He teas are particularly suitable for long-term aging as they utilize the centuries old fermentation technique known as “wo dui”. This simple type of fermentation approach allows the teas to age gradually and slowly.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”justi”]In order to make the proper Lang He Cha Cha Ye Yunnan Tuocha, they use carefully picked, beautiful, pure leaves. This results in a delicate, silky, sweet, and aromatized smell. The infusion is reddish- brown in colour and appears oily, fresh, and free from impurities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4114″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1712147424929{border-left-width: 3px !important;padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;border-left-color: #ba3818 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;}”]

Preparation

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”justi”]For the brewing, use a Yixing teapot or Gaiwan. High-quality filtered water is essential. Use water at a temperature of 100 °C for brewing. Fill the teapot with hot water, then pour it into the teacups, and from the teacups, pour it back into the teapot. To keep the teapot warm, pour the remainder of the water onto it. Once that’s done, break off a piece of tea and drop it in the teapot. Pour water over the tea leaves from above, and make sure the pressure of the water causes the tea leaves to submerge. The first infusion will be a rinse, which will depend on the firmness and shape of the tea. The first brewing will be affected by the rinsing method. Repeat the rinsing of the utensils with the first infusion. Pour the tea into the teapot a few seconds after the infusion. For Pu-erh teas, always use a fine strainer. Pour the tea into the teacups, and to avoid excessive foaming, try pouring the tea against the side of the cup. This will allow the infusion to cool slightly. For the initial infusion, steep for 10 – 15 seconds. Subsequent infusions (8 th – 12 th ) can last for minutes.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1712147575775{padding-top: 3px !important;padding-right: 3px !important;padding-bottom: 3px !important;padding-left: 3px !important;background-color: #ba3818 !important;}” el_class=”feher”]Secret tip:
The taste of previously colourless tea can still be quite special. Don’t hesitate to brew it again the next day if you did’t finish it the previous day.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]

The Lang He tea factory was established in 1995, Menghai.
