Tea friends

I would like to introduce you to our tea-drinking friends who embrace the concept of “most”, consciously live in the present and who regularly enjoy their favourite “most” teas.

György Kalmár

My name is György Kalmár, I work at the English Department of the University of Debrecen. I often go to class with a cup of tea, not only because it is revitalising and helps me concentrate, but also because it makes the classroom feel like home, and it helps me think. When I take a sip, I have a chance to think through the problem we are discussing in class, the problem I need to make my students understand. It creates a few moments of silence in the flow of things, when you can arrive at yourself, your body, the moment, the here and NOW (MOST). I believe that everybody needs to develop a set of positive habits throughout one’s life that helps one’s mental well-being on a daily basis. For me, besides drinking tea, Buddhist meditation, sports, and spending time with loved ones help the most in this regard. In my work, it is important to be not only focused and diligent, but also creative, sensitive and intuitive at the same time. One needs to perform on a high intellectual level, but at the same time one shouldn’t get too stiff or stressed by the problems to be solved, or bogged down in routine work. Tea is an easy-to-use, foolproof, practical and valuable tool to help me do this. It is good to have a favourite mug, maybe a nice teapot, favourite teas, favourite places to sit down with tea at home or at work. It’s good to have our cup of tea with us not only when we work, but also when we sit down for a conversation, and it’s also important to have a cup of tea sometimes all alone, in peace, while doing nothing ‘important’, just relaxing, contemplating, getting back to ourselves, arriving at the present moment, where we can understand that our life is NOW, that this moment is the only time that really exists. Tea can take us to a time when the hustle and bustle of the world stops, and the stress and rush of the day fades away. Slowly, things fall into place, we hear the silence, we realise that it’s good to be ourselves, we find our centre. This can also be experienced by those who do not meditate. It is a small gift to ourselves that makes it feel better to be us and to be with us.

György Huszics

György Huszics – the founder and leader of Crane, and nevertheless, the inspiration behind the “now” concept.
“I never considered myself a big tea person, however… I remember the teas from the morning cafeterias – back from elementary school and summer camps. Extremely sugary, drowning in a strong lemon flavour, reminiscent of a face covered in heavy makeup, or perhaps an overpowering perfume. Yet everyone loved it.
Later on, there were the teas before heading to school, with so little sugar as it ‘wasn’t healthy’ to add too much. Then came the occasional hospital tea, the adult version of that of a cafeteria tea: same taste, simply from a bigger cup.
Then milky teas, which became a part of my morning routine for a while as a nostalgic element of the two-month summer work spent in Scotland. And of course, the herbal teas – elderflower, chamomile – in big mugs, with honey. “You should drink it all, it’s good for you!” – and it was.
I don’t even remember why I started drinking it plain. It still has a taste, try it! – they said – and it really did. From then on I didn’t miss the sugar or lemon, nor the honey or milk.
I believe you have to mature for that taste. If, as time goes by, you are able to let go of the formality that accompanies teas as we know it, the realisation will strike that they can exist without these. In fact, they can only truly be themselves without them.
For me, this is what MOST is about. About letting go, arriving, being ourselves around others, and everything to do with teas.”

Tímea Jamniczky

I Tímea Jamniczky is the CEO of JCDecaux and the founder of the Lavidayarn brand: “This year I decided to create more me-time, which is not as easy as I thought. There are so many exciting things, programmes and challenges around me, it’s hard to say no to them. So I have to make myself aware of it every day. I have found an excellent support in MOST teas, which are meant to help me live the now moments I highly recommend it to everyone! Just looking at the boxes in the morning reminds me of my resolution.”

Júlia Batki

I am Julia Batki, a molecular biologist exploring the intricacies of living systems. My research requires constant innovation and careful attention to details. To foster creativity and maintain productivity, I have discovered two ways that help me calm my mind and recharge. I practice mindfulness meditation and embrace the ritual of preparing and drinking tea in the comfort of my home. These provide me with a small oasis of peace so I can be fully present. To me, the philosophy of ‘most’ embodies harmony and connectedness, and from their premium-quality teas, I always find the perfect one to complement each unique moment.

Sára Varga

Recently, my partner and I moved to the seaside from London, and we often find ourselves sipping a warm cup of tea by the sea in the mornings or around sunsets, staring blankly into the endless blueness. This is the most effective form of meditation I’ve found.
My interest in specialty teas started with matcha, well before it was available in every corner cafe. Ági prepared a small cup of traditional matcha to taste quite a few years back, and I still vividly remember how refreshed I felt drinking it. As if I consumed a sun-lit meadow, piercing through every cell in me.
Ever since then, I feel close to nature when I drink green tea. I’m in balance with myself, and even if for a few minutes, the world around me quietens down.
I work as a video producer in London so I commute to the busy city a couple times a week. My job requires strong focus and a lot of creative problem solving, however, it is due to frequent tea breaks that I’m able to move away from the screen and into reality, shift away from my problems in the digital world.
Since my initial obsession with matcha, I’ve experimented with a lot of different kinds of teas. My current favourite is rooibos, a red-coloured herbal tea that I drink plain, or with oat milk (after all, we are in England). I still haven’t gotten used to English black tea!

Bálint Batki

I would like to introduce you to our tea-drinking friends who embrace the concept of “most”, consciously live in the present and who regularly enjoy their favourite “most” teas.

I am Bálint Batki, and as a physicist, I deal with the safety of nuclear reactors. My work demands precision and maximum focus from me. That’s why I often seek relaxation in nature. Walking in the forest, accompanied by good green tea, is when I can most fully experience the present moment. Sipping the hot beverage, I can slow down a bit and think with a clear mind.
In the philosophy of “most” and in the flavor of teas, I find what is important to me: clarity and honesty. I recommend premium-quality “most” teas to anyone who wants to experience the joy of tea without compromises.

Balogh Fruzsina Lilla

I’m Fruzsina Lilla Balogh, a graphic designer and art analysis consultant. I was introduced to tea and the art of tea ceremonies by Chong An Sunim, the abbot of the Original Light Zen Temple. At first, we held tea ceremonies together in Esztergom and at the temple. What began as a pleasant hobby has grown into a deeper commitment — I am currently studying at the Tea Academy in the tea expert program.

For me, tea drinking is one of the most beautiful forms of self-care and slowing down. The philosophy of **MOST Tea**, which emphasizes mindfulness and being present in the moment, resonates deeply with me — I too experience how tea always brings us back here: into the body, the soul, and the moment itself.

What fascinates me most about tea is how different kinds can open distinct states of consciousness, energies, and physical-spiritual experiences — as if each tea had its own soul and story. I feel that tea drinking is an art form in itself: **the art of connection**. When we are truly present, every sip becomes a meeting — with ourselves and with one another.

Bokor Krisztián

Whenever I tried to write about myself, the pen would stop midair.

But when I think of tea, the words begin to flow — like the season’s first green tea streaming along the curve of a delicate porcelain cup in spring.

Perhaps it was on one such morning, standing in the living room with a teacup in my hand, watching the sunlight filter through the sail-like curtains, when thought itself came to rest, perception turned into silence — and with my teacup in hand, the **#continuouspresent** revealed itself.

Since then, I’ve been seeking those with whom I can share this space; it fills me with both gratitude and reverence that I met Ágnes and Zoltán, the visionaries behind **MOST Tea**, at this very edge of perception.

There is no longer a goal, only transparency: to allow and to reveal **MOST Tea** to those who, too, are experiencing this ever-existing moment.
