Description
The sakura – also known as cherry blossom – is one of Japan’s symbols. This Sakurabacha tea is made using the leaves of cherry blossom trees. After partially fermenting the edible leaves of Oshima- sakura (the cherry tree brand), the proprietors utilise a processing machine to dry them. The fermented Japanese cherry blossom tea, which is caffeine-free, offers a taste and feel that is similar to numerously steeped teas. Its infusion has a translucent, pale-yellow colour, accompanied by a complex flavour that is robust, soothing, and vegetal with prominent cherry undertones.
Preparation
To brew, put 3 grams of Sakurabacha into a Japanese teapot. After boiling some water to around 90 °C, cool it down and only then pour it into the teapot. After 30 seconds of steeping, distribute the tea equally among the cups. With this delicious tea, you can enjoy the taste of spring all year round! It has the most pleasant, sweet, and floral flavour. It is a very tasty herbal tea.
