Description

Dhara White is a wild-grown tea imported from the pristine forest farms of Northern Thailand. Its name, which translates to “white star,” signifies the tea’s exceptional status, even by Chinese standards. The infusion yields a clear and golden colour, with a sweet and pure flavour that is instantly discernible. This is followed by a rich, soft, floral, and fresh aroma that remains consistent throughout multiple infusions. It’s truly one of a kind!

Preparation

To prepare, use soft and purified water cooled to 70 – 85°C, a pre-warmed small 150 – 250 ml tea set, and a large pinch (4 grammes) of tea. Initially, you should brew the tea for one to two minutes, then from the fourth infusion onward, you can increase the steeping time as well as the temperature at which you brew this tea. The duration of the brews largely depend on the delicacy of your hand movements as you prepare it. Water as hot as 85 °C can be used for 3 – 4 minute infusions when poured carefully and if the tea is covered.
