Description
“Tiger River” – in the fertile lowlands around the ancient city of Kandy, a fully aromatic tea of the low mountain type is born. Sorted leaf tea, regularly rolled.
Lowland teas are revealed by the dark to black color of the leaves, which is caused by the composition of the soil, not by more intense oxidation during processing. The aroma is sweet and distinctive, clear tea. The taste is very strong, rounded, with a full body and strong fruit tones. However, during longer leaching it is somewhat bitterly earthy. In the scarf a hearty taste, aroma with a touch of chocolate.
Preparation
To prepare, use 100°C purified water, preferably with a pre-warmed, medium-sized (300 ml) tea set and two heaped tablespoons (2 – 3g) of tea. It can be consumed after a 3 – 4 minute steeping time.
