Preparation
To prepare, use soft, purified water at a temperature of 90 – 95 °C. Ideally, preheat a medium-sized 4 – 600ml tea set. Use two heaping tablespoons or 8 – 9 grams of tea. Steep for approximately 4 – 5 minutes.
