Preparation
How can we make tea from blueberry leaves?
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons of blueberry leaves and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Then strain and consume without adding any flavouring.
When drinking blueberry leaf tea, it may sometimes be necessary to take a break before resuming consumption. Excessive consumption may cause stomach irritation and, in more serious cases, may even lead to poisoning.
